Public Notice – Priority Water Orders

The BMA Board of Directors discussed and took action on water delivery for the remaining 2022 watering season at the monthly Board Meeting held on August 8, 2022. All priority water orders MUST BE PLACED BY Thursday, September 15, 2022. NO EXCEPTIONS. Absolutely NO refunds will be issued for unused priority water.

The Board is paying close attention to the drought conditions and should rainfall create additional water availability in Medina Lake, the board will react as quickly as possible. We understand the hardships suffered by the landowners due to the drought of record and pray that we will receive much more needed rain.

Please call our office at 830-665-2132 to place your order by September 15, 2022 or if you have any questions. Our business hours are Monday-Friday 8am-5pm.
