Petitioner, of County, Texas, owning and holding the hereinafter described land, towit; Blk ____, Lot ____, Trt. ____ 

Petitioner individually and collectively petitions the Bexar-Medina-Atascosa Counties Water Control & Improvement District No. One to EXCLUDE said acres as described above from the irrigable lands of the District for the following reasons: 

This application conforms to the provisions of Article 51.691, Water Code, Vernon Annotated Texas Statutes, covering the exclusion of lands from the District, and further, it is not feasible to irrigate said land. 

Petitioner is informed and confirms the fact that the Bexar-Medina-Atascosa Counties Water Control & Improvement District No. One retains the easements and right-of-ways of said lands and said easements, and said right-of-ways and easements will not be relinquished by virtue of the exclusion of the lands from the irrigable lands of the District. All taxes and assessments levied by the District on said lands have been paid through the calendar year ______ . 

Petitioner further verifies that inspection of the land has been made by a representative of the District and that the above reasons are correct and above description of the lands is adequate in this application for exclusion. 

WHEREFORE, your Petitioner respectfully prays that this application be granted, and said ______ acres be withdrawn from the irrigable lands of the District.
