Dear Landowner,

The BMA Board of Directors made two amendments to the BMA water delivery policy at the September 12, 2016 regularly scheduled board meeting.

An amendment was approved by the BMA Board of Directors regarding purchase of water in January 2016:  Any portion of water purchased in  2016 and not used by November 30, 2016 will be refunded.

An amendment was approved by the BMA Board of Directors regarding purchase of irrigation water by Landowners in good standing:  A Landowner in good standing may purchase irrigation water for the remaining 2016 Irrigation year that ends November 30, 2016.

We are certainly blessed to have the rainfall we received this year.
